Payment Options:

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll take your receipt from office counter and keep it for your records.

Refund Condition
Resolute Edu Institute's fee refund policy allows for a full refund if the student withdraws within the first week of enrollment. After this period, no refund will be granted. However, in cases of genuine emergencies, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and the decision of the management will be final. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions for Resolute Edu Institute
Enrollment: Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the submission of required documents and fees.
Fees: Full fees must be paid before the commencement of the course. No installment facility is available unless explicitly mentioned.
Fee Refund Policy: A full refund is available only if the student withdraws within the first week of enrollment. After that, no refunds will be made, except in cases of genuine emergencies, subject to management’s discretion. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to maintain enrollment in the course. Consistent absenteeism without valid reason may lead to dismissal without refund.
Study Material: All study materials provided are for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain discipline. Any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate suspension or expulsion from the institute without any refund.
Exams and Tests: Participation in periodic assessments is compulsory. Students who do not meet performance standards may be provided additional support but are not guaranteed promotion to advanced levels.
Liability: The institute is not liable for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises.
Changes to Courses: Resolute Edu Institute reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, faculty, or curriculum as needed.
Use of Facilities: Students must respect the facilities and equipment provided by the institute. Any damage caused by misuse will result in a penalty.
Disclaimer: The institute does not guarantee admission to any particular college or institute post-course completion, and performance in exams depends on the student's efforts and understanding.
Termination: The institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violation of any of these terms and conditions.
